Elay Plastic manufactures printed packaging bags and pouches for laundry detergents and other household cleaning products. Laminated barrier films keep powder dry, prevent liquids from leaking and protect the printed surface during filling, transport and retail display.
Formats include stand-up pouches (doypack), side-gusseted bags, flat pouches and bags with carry handles, for pack sizes from about 0.5 kg up to 10 kg. Spouts for liquid detergents, zippers, tear notches and hang holes can be added according to the product and the filling line.
Bags are printed with the customer’s brand, product information and usage instructions in up to 8 colours, with glossy, matte or soft-touch finishes.
Film structure, thickness, dimensions and closures are selected for each product: washing powder, liquid detergent, capsules or fabric softener.
